I had a call from a customer who has a set of French doors with a window-style lock which only worked from the inside. He wanted to be able to latch the door closed when in the garden and be able to lock and unlock the doors from both sides, in case his front door lock ever failed.
I took the old lock and handle off then cut out the door to take the larger lock body then supplied and fitted a new 5-point locking system complete with cylinder and handles.
The customer was really pleased with his new lock and I was happy to find a solution for him.
